"The Many Hats" by Sue
Moving On with Positive Changes
As A Wearer of Many Hats, I often spread myself a little thin and take on more than I can comfortably do. This is something I've dealt with all my life because I enjoy doing and learning about so many different things.
Actually I'm currently reading Refuse to Choose by Barbara Sher and it helped me see that it's OK to have different interests and be what Barbara refers to as a Scanner.
A person that uses many of their interests, passions, and hobbies to create the life and even the career of their dreams.
More recently I've taken on to wear an author's hat as I am trying my hand at writing books. This has been a dream of mine since childhood and for me to be able to make this dream happen, I needed to take a step back and reassess my priorities with my web sites, my blogging and my writing in general.
So a decision was made and for the time being this site will go dormant. For a short or long term, has not yet been determined. At some point some of the pages and other components may even be transferred to my other active sites:
"A Wearer of Many Hats", my blog site or at "Tidbits Books", my new author and book site.
