Besides bananas and berries, grapes, tropical fruits, melons and even chunks of fresh apples can be added.
Vegetable choices are no different, besides the greens, introduce small pieces of celery, cucumber, cooked beets, carrots and many more.
Flavor with a small piece of ginger but do start small to begin with or try a sprinkle of cinnamon or turmeric.
I do personally draw the line at onions and garlic.
Combinations of fruits and vegetables are almost endless, experiment with your own smoothie taste buds and enjoy the benefits.
