SIMPLE START BANANA AND BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 Banana 
A generous handful of strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, you may also use a handful of mixed frozen berries 
1 glass of cold milk or soya milk 
Peel the banana & cut into chunks.  

Put all ingredients in a blender.
  
Blend, pour into a glass and enjoy 
Servings: Serves 1

GOING GREEN SMOOTHIE
 
Ingredients: 
1/2 cup water  
1 cup green grapes  
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks 
1/2 medium banana 
2 cups fresh washed spinach 
1/2 cup ice cubes

  
Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed.  Start with low blend and increase speed.  Blend until desired consistency is reached.  Add more water if needed

Servings: Makes 5 cups
