SIMPLE START BANANA AND BERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients: 1 Banana A generous handful of strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, you may also use a handful of mixed frozen berries 1 glass of cold milk or soya milk Peel the banana & cut into chunks. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend, pour into a glass and enjoy Servings: Serves 1 _____________________________________________________________ GOING GREEN SMOOTHIE Ingredients: 1/2 cup water 1 cup green grapes 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks 1/2 medium banana 2 cups fresh washed spinach 1/2 cup ice cubes Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed.
