If we think we are running out of time our biological clock speeds up.
Our relationship with time affects our brains and bodies.
Taking on a different frame of mind such as returning to your childhood will make you feel more alive. But there is a difference between a child like state of mind and being childish.
Acting childish is when you focus on your problems. You concentrate your attention on what is not working in your life, the troubles you may have and what you assume can't be done about them.
When you learn to be a child again you start seeing the world with fresh eyes. You are willing to learn and try new things. You acquire an adventurous and "Timeless Mind".
Children know how to play and laugh. They have no worries, so why would you want to worry before you have something to really worry about. So go ahead and bring back your inner child and really learn to enjoy life.
Just keep reminding yourself that childhood is not just an age; it's a state of mind.
