1 - large banana (frozen)
2-4 - kale leaves
1 - cup blueberries
1 - cup cold water (or coconut water)
Blend all ingredients in your favorite blender until smooth, add more water if needed.
For a little extra nutrition, add 1 tsp. of wheat germ, flax seeds and/or chia seeds
Optional - 1 tsp. lemon zest
