Juicing vs Smoothie Cure

If like me, you are not big on juicing because of the pulp waste, these fruits and vegetables can definitely be used in your daily smoothie. 
Remember the thickness of a smoothie is a choice, it all depends on the appliance you are using and the amount of liquid you add.
For example the fatigue recipe:
My carrots and beets are partially cooked, I use some of the beet or carrot cooking water for my liquid and the lemon is also in juice form.  The spinach can be fresh or frozen and my apple of choice is usually Fuji.
All of these flavors blend very well together and make for an enjoyable smoothie drink.
My personal opinion is that a good healthy smoothie should have 2 or 3 of each, vegetables and fruits plus a tsp. combination of wheat germ, flax seeds and/or chia seeds.  
For extra creaminess you can add a little plain yogurt.
The whole idea of a  smoothie is to be adventurous and try different healthy combinations that you will enjoy.

This can be the good thing to serve in front of your guest to give them some refreshment. It had a great taste which has been said my every person that use to drink this refreshment for the first time.

There are a lot of benefits into drinking juice, especially when it comes to your health. I really hope that more people jump onto this ship. I really recommend preparing your own juice. You can have so much fun experimenting with the different fruits that you can juice.

I’m on a LFRV diet because my health is not good. I’m overweight. I am loving this diet but would really love a juicer. Currently I make and all fruit smoothie in the morning which is good but you just can’t add vegetables to that without having a weird texture (chunky).

I have been using them ever since we had it. There are a lot of benefits into drinking juice, especially when it comes to your health. I really hope that more people jump onto this ship. Juicing is a way for the body to easily take in all the nutrients in the juice. I have a 26 year old juicer and has seen better years and is extremely difficult to clean-Oh my goodness I hope I win your Breville juicer it looks beautiful. Juice with love!

Wow! Winning a new juicer would be awesome! My favorite tip is to prep fruits and veggies in advance. Also, don’t be afraid to throw anything in them. Sometimes the weirder the combination sounds the better!

I do not have a juicer yet but from what I have read, keeping the skins on the vegetables will make the juice more nutritious. I’d just love to win this!

Also, we must always remember you have to eat the very veggies and fruits that we’re eating.Eating a few pieces of your favorite greens and other colorful veggies and fruits will strengthen your overall juicing and give you a healthier lifestyle all together!!

I used a juicer before years ago, I hear the new ones are easier to clean so I might go back to it.
