1 - cup blackcurrant juice
1 - cup frozen blueberries
1/2 - cup ice cubes
1/2 - cup plain yogurt (Soy, Greek or other choice)
1/2 tsp. - apple cider vinegar
2-3 dashes of cayenne
1/4 tsp. - vanilla extract
Garnish with berries
Blend until smooth. Pour. Garnish. Serve in a fancy glass and enjoy.
Makes 2 servings. Great for Vegans.
