Suggestion is to save this image, enlarge it, print it and post it where it can be a daily food reminder of the nutritional choices that can be made. These food colors should be a big part of our meals, snacks and even some could be introduced to our smoothies.
To become more proactive in our own health and our better wellness, nutritional color choices are a great first step to be taken.
As with any other steps in life, changes we make need to start small but they need to be consistent to become part of us. Will you be proactive and take that first step?
