So, as Dr. Seuss points out learn to be your own best friend and love yourself unconditionally.
If you sometimes doubt your worth, take a moment to reflect on your accomplishments - big and small - and give yourself the respect you deserve.
Instead on dwelling on mistakes or failures, learn from them and realize they've made you wiser and stronger.
Giving yourself support and positive "self talk" helps nurture the strengths and talents that make you unique.
But through all, make sure to take time to laugh at yourself. You are funny.
